Below is an excerpt from my final paper written for the Management of Nonprofit Arts Organizations course I took this past fall. We were asked to choose an existing arts organization and complete an analysis of multiple different aspects of the program. I chose to work with Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS, and through this project was able to gain extensive knowledge about the inner workings of nonprofits as well as expand my network!
